Once you have checked-in you will meet your private concierge for the day who will show you to your exclusive Gold Class Lounge. Located on the second floor of our award-winning super-yacht EVOLUTION, luxury awaits as you are invited into your private Gold Class lounge for a day to remember. Enjoy a fully stocked mini-bar with tea, coffee, milk, water and complimentary snacks. While you sip your cup of coffee, your dedicated concierge for the day will personally take you through the safety procedures and itinerary for the day tour. Your day tour includes a complimentary guided snorkelling tour and semi-submersible coral viewing tour (weather permitting) as well as a hot BBQ lunch with fresh fish, prawns, steak, vegetarian options, a variety of salads and bread (Vegan, GF, DF catered for too). Complimentary amenities in the room are exactly what you need for a day on the reef with fresh towels, sunscreen, bottled water, a private mini fridge, complimentary snacks of chocolates and chips etc., private coffee and tea machine as well to keep you going throughout the day! On your return journey, you will be treated to a glass of wine, as you reminisce on your Great Barrier Reef experience. You will also have $20 onboard credit to use how you wish, whether that be for additional activities or at the bar. Start: Reef Fleet Terminal, Cairns
What to bring: Swimming costume, sunscreen, a hat, towels, a change of clothes, a travel voucher and cash or a credit card for any purchases onboard (photography, souvenirs, etc.). Conditions: A minimum of 2 people. Child rates apply for 4-16 years. Infants 0-3 years travel free of charge. Semi-Submarine is a weather-permitting activity. Helicopter: 130kg weight restrictions apply for helicopter rides, and it is a weather-permitting activity. Diving: All divers must complete a Queensland Medical Questionnaire on board. Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba card. The minimum age for Introductory divers and dive courses is 12 years, and for Certified divers, it is 10 years. In our commitment to the safety of our guests, divers over 65 years (or 45 years for PADI dive courses) must have medical clearance from a physician who confirms they are Fit To Dive. This can be provided by your own GP before you leave for your holiday. Please be aware that certain medical conditions (e.g. asthma, heart disease, diabetes) and ANY prescription medications will require a letter or email from a doctor clearing you to dive. This clearance must state your full name, the doctor's name and practice and the clearance to dive for the specific medications/condition. Please review our Dive Course Medical Questionnaire and Terms & Conditions before travel. Scuba diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body spaces must be normal and healthy. Please review our Introductory and Certified Diver Medical Declaration prior to travel. In the interests of safety, we recommend no flying within 24 hours of the last dive (helicopter flights are ok). You will not be allowed to dive until you are declared medically fit to dive. For advice, please contact our office directly. Optional extra: Pre-book 2 scuba dives and add a 3rd dive on the day. Upgrade to a scenic flight to or from the reef, 25 minutes. Return transfers (choose accommodation at check-out to view additional cost).
